UI Refresh of right section - fails

Hallo @Andreas_Hegenberg,

Describe the bug
The most right section is "often" not refreshed, for example when an "app specify items" is selected/clicked and there is only one/single item (see screen).

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):

weird, can you reproduce this? I tried but failed

//edit: ah maybe I found something, should be fixed in 5.423

just downloaded 5.422, fix that !
