Hi,
when editing e.g. keyboard shortcuts in the (not quite so) new UI, I often find myself trying to add a new shortcut by clicking into one of the empty fields at the bottom of the list.
But instead of creating a new shortcut line, this triggers the function to record the shortcut key(s) for the currently selected line, which can mess up things quite easily.
I think it would be more intuitive if clicking into an empty list field would create a new item.
