I get on a regular basis actions in the trigger section when I copy & paste actions within the (same) Floating menu.

Could it be you accidentally pasted them while in this screen? Currently BTT doesn't prevent pasting menu items there (although it should, I'll think about the best way to do that)
Yes, that could be the case.
I will keep an eye on when using "copy/paste" ...
I noticed today that the condition is not copied when copy the IF condition
(this happens, as far as I can see, only when copying in Floating menus buttons)
Note: during copy / paste I had selected the item in the action column.
