3 Finger for Brightness works great out of the box, but it shows as Disabled.
If Enabled, it has a delay to its effect.
2 Finger for Volume doesn't work out of the box, also shows as Disabled, but works fine if Enabled.
I believe this is an issue with the current stable version (which will be removed soon). Delete that version and install the latest experimental version, and all should be well
