I have multiple triggers assigned to the same keyboard shortcut, and I then can select which action to execute by pressing their number (1–9) in the list that appears on the screen.
Occasionally, it seems that BTT randomly reorders the list of triggers, which changes their positions and affects which action is executed when I press a number. This behavior appears inconsistent and can disrupt my workflow.
Is there a known cause for this, or a way to prevent BTT from reordering triggers? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

are you using the experimental dropbox or icloud sync? that's the only thing I can think of that could cause something like this
ah wait now I understand, you are using the conflict menu that shows when you have multiple same triggers with different actions?
I think there no explicit order is defined, it would be better if you'd use the dedicated "Show Context Menu (New)" action.

I just checked again though, in general the conflict menu should adhere to the order displayed in the UI - maybe for some reason (possibly copy paste or some import issue) the triggers have the same order property? Could you try to select your triggers, copy them and paste them in a text editor? Every trigger should have a distinct order property showing there
