Describe the bug
I'm trying to set up a shortcut in OneNote to select the "Code" style format.
The shortcut only works when I create the exact same shortcut twice.
Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Macbook Pro Keyboard.

I have attempted restarting. It only works when I duplicate the shortcut.
