Starting several days ago, my updates failed because the wouldn't download. So I finally did a manual download and install.
The updates are pouring in with version numbers to the thousandths -- each on failing in some way or other.
Then I tried completely uninstalling BTT, rebooting, and install anew. That worked for a day.
Now 839 wants to be 841 -- this update works fine. And then immediately prompts me again. In fact, I've successfully updated 4 times. But I'm still on 839 and being nagged to get 841.
are you maybe on the alpha channel or checking for updates manually?
The numbers in the thousands are just the current date (and the last two digits represent the build number of the day)
There are updates almost every day, however they are only push-rolled out on the stable channel every few weeks.
Weird. It should not popup new versions then. (However when checking manually it will give you the builds of the day if they are deemed stable or important enough)
