Trackpad gestures randomly stop working

I have a specific set of trackpad gestures that I have used for years and years, and are pretty much the only thing I use BTT for. They are very simple but very useful.

In these past months, I have noticed that the gestures randomly stop working and with random apps (e.g., a gesture works for Mail but not for DT). I have no idea why, as nothing has changed in my setup. I am wondering whether it's a Tahoe thing. Even more weird, sometimes it's just one of the gestures that stops working, and again maybe for a few apps but not others. It's completely random.

On latest BTT with 26.5 (25F71). It's super annoying because it happens randomly and never happened over the years I've been using the app. Any ideas?

they all have window management functions assigned, maybe something prevents these from working.

Could you check whether the gestures themselves work? e.g. by adding a „show hud“ action to one of them?

There are various things that could block window management functions from working, e.g. some utility apps might overlay your app windows with an invisible window to add functionality. If not done right this can prevent BTT from targeting the correct window. If it happens, possibly try quitting any utility apps you might have running to figure out what’s causing it
