Device information:

  • Type of Mac: Macbook Pro 13-Inch 2018
  • macOS version: 10.15.3 (19D76)
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.281

Additional information (e.g. StackTraces, related issues, screenshots, workarounds, etc.):

Unfortunately that's a system limitation, macOS disables all custom Touch Bars when Mission Control is active.

I have this problem too. Thanks for your reply. Don't you know if there is some way to disable this "protection"? Some hidden system flag, or something similar...
Or – at least – some way to disable BTT Touch Bar when Mission Control is on? (when it's not usable anyway)

unfortunately none of that is possible as far as I know.
