Touch bar icon state update delay

Hi,

I'm using BTT for quite some time with GoldenChaos, what an awesome replacement to the Touch bar!

Today I noticed that some type of updates were slightly delayed, such as:

  • the color changing to red when the microphone is muted
  • the volume icons updating if sound is muted

This can be quite cumbersome as I expect to press and get immediate feedback. Sometimes if I press it too fast, I may even skip an update and take about 1-2 seconds for the state to refresh.

Is this a limitation or something that can be changed?
