Tiptap (2 fingers fixed) triggers click after keyboard shortcut

Tiptap left (2 fingers fixed) and Tiptap right (2 fingers fixed) are set up to trigger keyboard shortcuts (⌃⇧⇥ and ⌃⇥). Some time in the last month or so, they started triggering a click after the keyboard shortcut. This happens at least half the time, but not always. This problem does not happen with Tiptap middle or Tiptap left (3 fingers fixed).

did you enable three finger dragging recently? (in the macos accessibility settings )

No. Dragging is set to "without drag lock".
