TipSwipe and TipTap [2 Finger Fix] Don't Register Most Of The Time

Hello,

I tried TipTap for tab switching....
move to left browser tab:

  • Shift + command + [
    ** index finger tap, [middle fixed, ring fixed]

move to right browser tab:

  • Shift + Command + ]
    ** [middle fixed, ring fixed], pinky tap.

It is so hard to toggle with this setup! My pinky never registers! How do I make these gestures better register?

  • left index finger swipe left, [middle fixed, ring fixed]

move to right browser tab:

  • left index finger swipe right, [middle fixed, ring fixed]

The problem is, to toggle the swipe, my index finger has to move quite a ways... How do I shorten the left index finger swipe distance necessary to toggle the gesture?
