as @Caliguvara said scolling works fine in the app switcher.
If you want to bind this to a tip tap gesture you can use the scroll action which I just added to 3.085 and configure it like this (this will go one item left)
3.085 is currently uploading and will be available in 10 minutes via "check for alpha version updates"
