Describe the bug
The stage manager Turn On/Off function is not working.
It is great when single desktop(mission control) on mac is used. However, It is not working in case that multiple desktops are used.
Right after I trigger the stage manage turn On/Off funtion, move to the second desktop. Then, there is no action.
