The "open URL with a specific parameter" option stopped working

I used this feature all the time.
The site opened with parameters from the clipboard.
Today this function has stopped working.
The site opens, but nothing is inserted from the buffer.

I don't think there has been a change to that function. How does your configuration for that action look like?
