The "Close on any keyboard input" feature of the Floating menu isn't working.

Device information:

  • macOS version: 15.7.1
  • BetterTouchTool version: 5.740

I think there might have been a race condition with some configurations, can you check whether this works for you in 5.741? (uploading now)

“Close on any keyboard input” is working again, but an old problem has resurfaced:

Unchecking "Hide After Releasing All Pressed Modifier Keys" doesn't work

ah that only worked if the menu had some modifier key based visibility settings, but I agree that it also makes sense without such. Should be working in 5.742

//edit ah wait you do not want to hide it when releasing the modifier keys. This is indeed not supported yet, as this also counts as keyboard input. I think i can make it ignore key-up events.

I updated to version 5.743 and unchecked the "Hide After Releasing All Pressed Modifier Keys". It still hides when I release the key.
