Tahoe update some finder icons changed into BTT icon

BetterTouchTool changes the icons for some locations in the sidebar of finder into the BetterTouchTool icon after installing Tahoe. In the below screenshot you see the ‘Timemachine5TB’ icon changed but also the icon of a partion ‘Mac D’ changed. Uninstalling BTT fixed it but reinstalling made it come back.

unfortunately one of many tahoe bugs apple needs to fix ;-(

Disabling the finder extension (in setting - general - login items & extensions) seems to work for now.

yep, it seems to randomly show the icon of one of the finder extensions :joy: maybe I can create an additional extension with a folder/drive icon

Ok thats a simple solution it seems.

I realy very much neeeed this functionality :slight_smile: I use it to create a new.txt from the context menu in finder. Thanks Andreas for your tool.
