Snce upgrade to Tahoe BTT stops working normally. Sometimes in starts automatically when booting. But upgrade or app restart makes app not staring at all. So the only way to make it working is Mac reboot.
are you sure it is not running? 'Maxbe you accidentally disabled the menubar icon in system settings - unfortunately that happens quickly on Tahoe.
There are no known issues that would result in suvh behavior.
There is no BTT (Better Touch Tool) in Task Manager so it is not running at all. Skortcuts are not working which poofs it too. The problem Started yesterday but despite of trying every new version of BTT, result is exactly the same. It creates log file so BTT start but then exits.

I’m having the same issue. When I launch BTT, it shows up in the menu bar for less than a second and disappears
Unfortunately this seems to be a bug deep inside an Apple framework related to Touch Bar rendering. I believe this will be fixed soon with a macOS update, for now I have added a workaround that should at least prevent the crash posted by @PLBTTUser however because of the fix the BTT Touch Bar Battery Widget might not resize correctly anymore for now - if there are more crashes happening please post the logs here.

If the other users that encounter a crash are also on Touch Bar Macs it is most likely the same or similar issues (might affect more of the widgets)
I have the same issue - after updating to Tahoe, BTT won't start at all.

I think I have found a workaround for this Touch Bar issue. It is now implemented in >= 5.629!

But in 5.668 and 5.669 list is not working again. It is shown but not changed applescript to open folder is not working and BTT restarts.
In the example menu you sent to me? I just tried it again but seems to work here. Any specific steps on how to get it to crash?

And, BTW, it seems that there is lack of search feature in BTT config for such list items - the list can be quite extensive and finding particular item when editing the list is hard without search possibility.
List issue hopefully resolved in v5.670
