System preference window keep popping up

I noticed the security&privacy window kept popping up, reminding me to disable and reable. The configuration that input are all disabled. I have tried several times updated to latest alpha version and restart my MacBook and it did not work. And I tried to run the command as Andreas mentioned in the community, did not work as well. Terminal returned like no such file. (rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool.plist)

Here is my version and MacBook detail for your reference.
Version: 4.865
MacBook: 2024 m3 sonoma 14.5

have you tried removing it from System Settings => Privacy & Security => Accessibility and then adding it again manually?
