Describe the bug
When using the app switcher to switch to an app that is currently minimized or has all of its windows closed, only the menu bar will change.
Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Touch Bar

- Type of Mac: 2016 15" MBP
- macOS version: macOS Mojave beta 5
- BetterTouchTool version: 2.536

Make sure that every app you want to run is open and has at least one window visible at all times and the app switcher totally works
