Switch scroll modifier? Is it possible?

Hi! Probably a very niche thing. I would like to make something like this but I can’t find a way that works, is it even possible?

Trigger: Cmd + scroll

Action: Shift + reverse scroll

*It doesn’t have to be smooth scroll. Line by line scroll is also fine.

I cannot use remap keys as that will break the muscle memory for all other shortcuts, obviously.

The reason I need it is, I use 2 creative programs (Cubase and Davinci Resolve) and I want them to navigate the timeline (scroll, zoom, vertical zoom, etc.) with the same modifier keys and scroll direction.

sorry but I think changing the modifier keys while scrolling is currently not possible. I'll check if it can be done, but currently I see no smooth way to make this work. (There might be ways by combining some of the modifier actions and scroll triggers in BTT, but none of that will work well )
