Support width percentages on web views

Would be brilliant to be able to put "100%" as the width of the web view, so that the size of the floating menu dictates it.

With this, when I resize on hover, the web view resizes to get bigger to.

AFAIK theres no "resize on hover" mechanic for web views at the moment that could do this functionality without percentages?

you can just set a really big max width and max height for the webview item - however this only works if the webview is the only item in the floating menu.
