Support TipTaps when hand is diagonal to trackpad

Love the TipTap feature and use it extensively.

However, one problem that leads to less than ideal recognition of TipTaps is that in certain cases i have my hand rest on the trackpad diagonally (let's say at the 4-5 o'clock direction, being right handed). In those cases, the tapping finger can be almost above or below the finger being held (for two finger TipTaps), which may lead to non recognition of the tap.

Proposed Feature: Add configuration for a rotation angle for TipTaps. Left/right are then defined not relative to a vertical line but rather relative to an appropriate diagonal line. I believe that for my case for example a 30 degree angle counterclockwise would eliminate the recognition problems.

It is on my TODO list to make some gestures more flexible, however it will require a basically full replacement of the tiptap gestures. It might make it into the next release cycle ( 6.5xx)
