@spanway I found something interesting in your logs:
Your mac doesn't seem to go to sleep at all - it just has a locked or turned off screen. That's why BTT never receives the wake notifications and doesn't reapply the config. However logitech mice still go into an idle mode if they haven't been used for a while - even if the Mac was not really sleeping.
There might be something that keeps your Mac awake.
6.198 should now reapply the config when coming back from a locked screen also.
Man I didnāt even think of that, itās from a script I use to close down but I still need access to the machine so the display just turns off! Iāll check this out when It comes through - thanks so much!
I just updated to 6.199 too and it loaded up but didnāt affect the mouse DPI until I went In and clicked it in the settings also. (The issue is always the DPI, I think everything else works)
could you send the logs once more? (your case is a bit special due to the no sleep but idle state). Worst case you can set a trigger that triggers after screen unlock and sets the mouse dpi.
hello Andreas Iām having an issue with my MX Anywhere 3. Several times a day, it randomly loses the custom speed settings I configured in BetterTouchTool, as well as the keyboard shortcut I assigned to button 7.
Itās like the mouse reverts to its default button configuration.
To fix it, I have to restart BetterTouchTool, and then everything goes back to normal, but this happens two or three times a day. It just happened to me 15 minutes ago, I can provide you with my log if you need it.
ah but that is most likely due to the command restarting some stuff. I'll check but most likely you'll need to send them again after it happens now without running the debug command again
