I want to create new buttons on my Stream Deck, but regardless of whether I define a background colour, enter text or add an icon: all changes are shown in BTT, but they don't actually show up on the Stream Deck. And after updating to version 6.5.73, even the Stream Deck preview has stopped working. Restarting BTT didn't help.
Please fix this!

After it worked yesterday following the update to adjust existing buttons, I noticed today that while new buttons can be created and designed, they don't actually appear on the Stream Deck. When I try to open BTT's own preview, it crashes, requiring a restart of BTT. Even then, the newly created buttons still don't show up on the Stream Deck.
would you be able to post a crashlog from macOS console app‘s crash report section? (it seems to work fine here)
I didn't actually mean that BTT crashed completely, but rather that I saw the layout very briefly in the Stream Deck preview and then it went black. At the same time, the buttons disappeared from the hardware deck as well. After that, I had to restart BTT to keep going. Sorry for being unclear.
After restarting BTT for the umpteenth time, the new buttons finally appeared on the Stream Deck, but the next ones I created didn't show up again.
could you export some or all of the affected buttons (or your whole preset) and send them to me? (andreas@folivora.ai)
I guess the issue might have caused some corruption, but I can probably fix it
