Stop working after several minutes

Hello everybody! The problem is that Bettertouch stop working ( Magic Mouse and keyboard) after 15 mins and i have to restart it to make it work again.

  • Type of Mac: iMac (27-inch, Late 2012)
  • macOS version: Mojave
  • BetterTouchTool version: 2.665 (Trial)

Hi Andreas, i have installed and updated the fresh copy that you provide me but the problem continues. It works and suddenly it stop working, and suddenly it works again. And Sometimes the icon in the menu bar disappears.

Unfortunately I don't know what could cause that ;-(
Maybe go to the "About" tab in BetterTouchTool, then click "Export Debug Information". This will create a folder called BetterTouchToolDebug on your Desktop. If possible please send that to andreas@folivora.ai, then I'll check whether I can see anything in the logs!
