If I want to add a new action to an existing sequence of actions, strange things happen

Initial situation

I click on + to add a new action. Then the following happens:

I delete the duplicate "Delay" and click on + again. The following happens.

It seems that a random action is duplicated. Until it works properly by deleting and repeating.

does this only happen for „old“ existing action sequences? Maybe it’s related to the form change a few month ago. I’ll look into it
