Snap areas disappear overnight

Describe the bug
When my computer goes to sleep for a while (like overnight) the snap areas disappear. I have to restart the app in order to get them back. Is there anyway to fix this?

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.):
Snap Areas

Device information:

  • Type of Mac: MacBook Pro Intel
  • macOS version: 11.6.3
  • BetterTouchTool version: 3.737 (1879)

I have exactly the same problem.

Same with me since new MBP 14". Same issue here: BTT loses custom snap areas over time requiring app restart to restore

I have a very similar issue. Each time my device goes to sleep, it takes a few minutes after waking up for snap areas to start working. But other functionalities are fine. I've been a long-time user and this only started happening recently.

Any ideas on how we can let the company know so they can fix this? I sent them an email a few weeks ago as well but still haven't heard anything.
