It might be the special case of LogicPro, but I can't get it to work to follow the regular snap areas. I deleted BTT totally to get a fresh start. Still, I can't get this window area for my snaps. Is there a chance to solve this?
Can you resize LogicPro manually to that exact location & size?
You mean with the mouse cursor like with every other window? Yes, everything works fine (including shortcuts for left third part of the window, upper part etc.) except those snap areas.
Just checking because lots of apps have minimum size requirements.
Is this a custom snap area you created or one part of BTT's standard window snapping?
I tried downloading Logic Pro and tried the standard BTT window snapping with it, which seems to work fine here:
Wow! This is missing here. Thank you so much for this!
Yes, I use BTT's standard window snapping. As I wrote, I deleted everything to start from scratch due to this problem (and others).
Any idea why this is happening?
Which version of macOS and Logic Pro are you using?
macOS Tahoe 26.5.1
LogicPro 11.2.2
Ah then my test probably doesn't mean much because it was with the newer 12.2 version.
You could try switching to the classic window snapping instead, which might help if the system snapping doesn't work
However if you are on macOS Tahoe, you might not need the BTT window snapping at all because the system snapping is now pretty good. Is there a reason you are trying with the BTT snapping?
Just cause I am used to BTT ![]()
But yeah, switching to the classic one did not change the behavior. So I'll better go with Tahoe.
Thank you!
Did other apps work with BTT's snapping?
I wonder what could break it for LogicPro in your case - must be some external thing if you did a full reset of BTT.
Yes, all working with BTT except LogicPro.
I switched it off and that macOS Tahoe on. Now LogicPro works too.
Yet, for me, BTT's faster. You made a good job on this. ![]()
