Small issue with "Pin Focused Window To Float On Top"

I'm noticing that when I have a window pinned on top, there is a visible outline at each corner, please see below screenshot. Do you have any tricks to remove that?

CleanShot@2x

My BTT configuration:
BetterTouchTool Configuration@2x

this is no longer the case in newer versions

Oh boy, I didn't realize! Your license was purchased more than two years ago.

Thanks for your reminder, Andreas! I'll read the popup I got and decide.

I am now a lifetime license user :christmas_tree:

thanks a lot!

My pleasure. One more little thing: The window shadow is larger on a window on top + active (focus), compared to when it is not active (not in focus). In other words: The macOS window shadow changes. Any tips? It's not a big issue at all, just curious.

EDIT: Please ignore that. I guess it's normal OS behaviour.

unfortunately that is hard to solve but I have also been looking into this recently, maybe I can come up with a better solution soon

I'm experiencing issues with the Action: "Unpin Focused Window To Float On Top".
When I perform that action on a float-on-top window, the window will be unpinned as expected but only for 1 second and will then pop up on top again, when I click other windows. If I keep trying, the behaviour will repeat 5-6 times before the window finally lets go and becomes proper unpinned. Are you aware of this?

sounds like maybe some other action is pinning it again? Can you check in the "recently used" section in BetterTouchTool?
(I just tried here to make sure it's not a general issue, but seems to work as expected)

Prior to your reply, I cleaned up BTT for stuff I don't use anymore and restarted BTT. The only thing left now are two Actions. This cleanup actually improved the situation, but the now un-pinned window will still pop up one more time, which is unexpected. I am using the system keyboard shortcut Command+H to Hide the window. I am not using minimize (yellow button).

Sorry for the messy description. Here is a proper description:

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Perform Action on window: Pin Focused Window To Float On Top.
  2. Perform Action on same window: Unpin Focused Window To NOT Float On Top.
  3. Press Command+H.

Expected result:
The window to hide.

Actual result:
The window does hide, but pops back up after a split second. A second Command+H will finally put it to rest (hidden).
