Showing three shortcuts - Fixed

Anyone else having problems with the assigned shortcuts?
I have made shortcuts in specific apps (such as Calendar, Messages and more) to automatically quit them when I press cmd+w (assigned action cmd+q). But when I do this I get three options - all referring to the same shortcut

This is despite that I only have one keyboard shortcut - for this app (and not even any global shortcut containing cmd+w!)

I have not encountered this problem before the latest update.

Do you maybe also have it in the global section in BTT?

Nope.
Exporting the triggers, reinstalling BTT, and importing fixed the problem!
