"Show Window Switcher for All Open Apps" hides after use

The mentioned action is hiding every time (show for few ms and the hides) I'm using it to activate an app and then trigger it again. Steps:

  1. Trigger the action (via shortcut in my case)
  2. Search some window (this will work without a search as well, but just by selecting the desired window), which will also activate that window.
  3. Trigger the action again.
  4. Window switcher will be shown, but then it is automatically closed really quickly.
  5. Trigger the action again - no issues

My config:

ps: it happens even if the "Activate Selected After Releasing Modifier Keys" is disabled

I can't seem to reproduce this, can you export that whole trigger and post it here? (right-click, export to file)

//edit, I could imagine some floating menu might steal the focus which might be why I can't reproduce it here

It would be strange if the issue is with a floating menu, since for action "Show / Choose From List (Configurable)" there's no such issue. Also I do not have any floating menu shown in the "Recently used".

I think the "Show / Choose From List" has slightly different unfocus behavior. However I think it makes sense to never close these kind of floating windows when another BTT window gets focus. I'll change that in general.

Andreas, I think this is fixed now in version: 5.545 (2025072901), but I've noticed another issue - if I trigger the action quickly 2 times in a row the list is empty on the 2nd trigger:

  3. Trigger again really quickly after step 2 - list is empty
