Show Fn Keys in one app, otherwise show BTT bar

I am pretty new to BTT (and a Mac with TouchBar) and I wonder of there is a way to set up BTT so it shows the Fn keys for certain apps (with the option of switching to the BTT by pressing Fn) but by default it shows the BTT bar.

Does anybody know how to do this? This would be a huge gain for me as software developer who needs the Fn keys in development tools.

You can configure specific apps to show the function keys in system preferences => keyboard => shortcuts => function keys

However when doing this, BTT won't be able to display its Touch Bar anymore as far as I know.
