Shortcut for adding a Desktop/Space

Hi BetterTouchTool team,

I would love to be able to create a new space using a keyboard shortcut instead of going to Mission Control and clicking on the "+" button with my mouse.

That feature, combined with the existing "Move window one Space/Desktop left/right" would be super useful for windows management!

There is a predefined action "Add new space to mission control" which should do that. (It's a bit hacky because all it does is open mission control and press the plus button :-))
