Shift+Click doesn’t work

I have Shift+Click set up. However, it outputs the same as CMD + SHIFT + Click, not Shift + Click as I set it up.
Does anyone have this problem or can help me?

How did you check it is outputting cmd+shift+click ? I don't think that is possible.

Thank you for responding.
I tried the installation operation on BTT and the manual operation CMD + Shift + Click and found the same results.
However, maybe I made some mistake, I will check again and try with mouse event viewer.

The above error occurs when I use Arc Browser.

I was having this issue as well, but I found a solution. (A bit hacky tho)
