Some people are having trouble finding the download buttons there. It would be good if the buttons are moved to the top.
Would be also nice to put a download counter there, cuz thats fun
It has download links on the top since a few weeks (when viewing in user-mode) 
Not as prominent as the buttons on the bottom, but they should do.
Would be good if they were prominent! but do make sure it doesn't break data 
I don't think they "do" - please make them buttons just like the ones on the bottom! I didn't even know those links were there! Styled as regular links they are so invisible that they may as well not be there.

I changed the styling a bit, the buttons are now on top
