Every time I go now to the Settings icon at the top right of the Paste dialogue, it is not responding to my clicks from either my MacBook touchpad or a bluetooth connected touchpad.
Restarting BetterTouchTool enables the Settings icon again and everything works fine for one go until the Paste dialogue is closed. Reopening the Paste dialogue and the Settings icon is unavailable again.
