In the 2nd screenshot you can see the first 2 triggers does not have anywhere the string accounts. I've copy and pasted the triggers definition in a text file and searched about accounts, but again - there's no string accounts.
Here's also additional search which is showing the above two triggers (from the previous screenshot) + additional one (the top one):
the search here uses fuzzy matching, it will often show things that do not exactly match (until a few years ago this was just a simple substring search, but that made it hard to find some actions where you didn't remember the exact spelling)
Thanks, Andreas. Is there a way to do a strict search somehow? I guess not since you haven't mentioned it, but to be on the safe side I'm asking 
No, not right now. Maybe once I get to improve the whole search and add the often requested global search feature. (I have started some basic work on this, but it will still take a while)
