For some reason, scrolling on my magic mouse that I've had presets made that has worked for years work fine until now [reinstalled on new Mac Mini Mini].
Oddly, scrolling on magic mouse [single finger scroll up/down works on Safari but it's not working on Chrome, System Preferences or any other app].
