Scroll modifier - Working incorrect on a Magic mouse

Note:
I didn't try the alpha one, but according to the change logs, I don't see any changes related to my issue. I tried restarting my Mac btw.

Describe the bug
I applied the "Scroll Modifier: Reverse Scroll Direction" to a Normal Mouse, and enabled such options: "Reverse Vertical, Only Apply to Regular, Only Apply to Magic Mouse".

  1. I experience a scroll jump in Safari and Firefox (I didn't test other browsers, or plenty of apps). If I move my finger very slowly, the issue doesn't persist. In applications like Settings or Messages, everything is fine. The video attached.
  2. In the calendar app, the modifier doesn't do anything at all.

My mac is clean, the applications are stock.
The mouse is fine, since it works as expected if I turn the modifier off.

Affected input device (e.g. MacBook Trackpad, Magic Mouse/Trackpad, Touch Bar, etc.): Magic Mouse A3204.
