Scroll Modifier: Smooth scrolling issues with overscroll-behavior CSS property

Hi!

After updating BTT yesterday, a very interesting thing happened. I was suddenly unable to scroll on a website I’d been working on. After testing several other sites I was able to narrow it down to sites using contain or none value for the CSS property overscroll-behavior. I am using the Scroll Modifier: Smooth Scrolling (like Trackpad) BTT configuration option. When the trigger is disabled, scrolling works once again.

The issue happens on Firefox while Safari continues to work as expected.

I don’t exactly remember what BTT version I was on before yesterday, unfortunately, but it might’ve been 6.133?

I’m on macOS Sequoia 15.7.4 and I’m using Logitech MX Vertical mouse. Firefox version is 148.0.2.

I have created a video showing the issue.

PS. Funnily enough the “Create Topic” window I’m writing this in is not scrollable either with the modifier enabled.

Kind regards,

Maciej

Sorry, that should be resolved in 6.246 (uploading now)

Oh wow - you were quicker to fix this than it took me to write the report, that’s amazing. Thank you for your hard work. Hope you have a great day.

I confirm this is fixed now.
