I keep getting this message to enable BetterTouchTool under Screen Recording Permissions, I already did enabled it, completely deleted the app and reinstalled it, add the app manually to Screen & System Audio Recording and turned it on and off, restarted my device, but non of this made it work. I also tested the alpha version and I'm having the same issue.

Device information:
Type of Mac: MacBook Pro 14 M2 Max
macOS version: Sonoma 14.5
BetterTouchTool version: 4.596
I'd try to reset the macOS permission database for BTT.
1.) Quit BTT
2.) Execute this terminal command:
tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool

Thanks a lot! It works now.
i'm still stuck in this continual loop after following these steps...
i can't upload images, but the screen I receive from the OS gives me the option to
open system settings
or
continue to allow
selecting either one keeps me in this loop.
if I remove access to btt, then i can take a screen shot, but it's of the wallpaper.
I'm on the macos sequoia beta, so I can work around it, but wanted to share my experience.
did you run the terminal command?
tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool
If yes, that's probably a Sequoia beta bug, best report to Apple (I'm also collecting such and reporting them)
thanks for the response Andreas!
yes, I quit the program, ran the terminal command, launched the app and went throught setting it back up, but the notification continued to pop-up.
I did this a couple of times. I was going to try it and then restart my mac, but i'm not convinced it would solve it.
