Describe the bug
Then using shortcuts to take a screenshot, I got errors saying permission needed.
I've tried reboot, upgrade, and turn it on and off again.
Device information:
- Type of Mac: Apple M2 Pro
- macOS version: 13.5.2 (22G91)
- BetterTouchTool version: 4.272

I'm still getting this error after update to the latest versio
unfortunately this is a macOS bug. You can try to delete BTT from the screen recording section and then add it back manually.
Make sure you are on the latest macOS version
If that doesn’t help, try this terminal command while BTT is quit:
tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool
tccutil reset All com.hegenberg.BetterTouchTool works
