Safari Extension

Safari extension does not appear in Safari>Extensions. Is it because I am running the non-app store alpha?
Clicking Open Safari Settings causes the "Needs Setup" to change to "Could not open"

Same here. Even with "allow unsigned extensions" ticked on it doesn't appear at all.
