Right Control Key Losing "Hyperkey" Bindings

Given my problems with hyper key (Problems with a "Sticky" hyper key - #22 by iandol) I switched over to use the right-control key solution as suggested by @Frank1 and @Andreas_Hegenberg. So I set my caps lock in System Prefs:

Then add the distinguishing command:

And to trigger Alfred on release of caps lock use a key sequence:

But recently, the left control bindings have been taking over the right control bindings. For example I use [right⌃][b] as a hyperkey to trigger a build action. But sometimes [right⌃][b] stops triggering the action and instead moves the cursor which is what [left⌃][b] does.

Anyone else that uses this hyperkey solution seeing this?

I'm sorry to hear that. You are using a beta version of the os. Could it have something to do with that?

@Frank1 -- very possibly, I don't honestly remember it correlating to that upgrade but I may be mistaken, lets see...

@Andreas_Hegenberg -- I didn't check when I see this, I will check next time it happens and report back...
