I can't use the right-click menu when logged in via TeamViewer, if BTT is on, need to quit BTT in order to use the right-click menu, this is been like that for at least a year
do you have any right-click triggers configured in BTT under "Normal Mouse"? Possibly a trigger specifically assigned to TeamViewer?
nothing, and this is a new install, use to have it on my last 2 macs either
