I have a number of commands to work when using Citrix. Recently Citrix was upgraded so BTT stopped working as it didn't recognize the environment. I created a new app and copied over the Touch Bar groups then deleted the old Citrix app in BTT.
I subsequently realized that my Citrix keyboard shortcuts were not working and that it must have been the same issue. But I had already deleted that. I tried restoring from a backup that showed one from September but that didn't change anything. I don't even see the restore option in BTT anymore for some reason.
Is there a way to recover the keyboard shortcuts?
