Resize window to right third doesn't respect Empty space between window edges setting

Describe the bug
Resize window to right third doesn't respect Empty space between window edges setting. Resize window to right half works as expected though. Same applies for resize to left third / half. I'm attaching a few screenshots which illustrate the issue:

That's true. I need to think about a solution because I probably can't change that for existing setup right now (it has been like this for > 10 years)

I think I'll update the custom move / resize action to support this better
