Before i updated from El Capitan to Mojave i was able to resize a window that was in full screen mode, so an own space, using the feature to resize window while pressing a key and moving the mouse (Advanced settings > Moving & Resizing). After the update this doesn't work anymore. I also tested resizing per shortcut, but also here the window won't resize.
Maybe this is due to some apple restrictions?
I used this feature on a daily base when viewing a website in full screen mode an testing the website with different view ports / browser window size.
