Replacing Mouse Movement with a Keyboard Letter

Hello, I'll try to explain my problem in as much detail as possible.

I am quadriplegic, meaning I am paralyzed in all four limbs. I can still move my left hand a little, which allows me to operate the joystick on my wheelchair.
On my wheelchair joystick, there's an R-Net mouse option that allows me to control my computer mouse.
I'd like to play a video game called Farming Simulatoron my computer, but to play it, I have to press, for example, the R key to move forward, S to move backward, B to move right, and J to move left.
Is it possible with BetterTouchControl to have the letter R pressed when my cursor moves upward?

When my cursor moves down, press the letter S.
When my cursor moves right, press the letter B.
When my cursor moves left, press the letter J.

Thank you.

Would a floating menu like this maybe work?

It could be configured to show up at the mouse location and then hold the keys while the mouse hovers them in the floating menu

I don't need a floating menu! I simply want it so that when the cursor moves to the top, it presses "S" and so on for other mouse movements.

yes, but that would be a relatively straight forward way to implement this, you could make the menu invisible if necessary.

I don’t think there is another way to achieve this behavior with BTT apart from floating menus

Okay, but it's absolutely essential that the system works with the Permobil DY24050040 mouse and not with other Bluetooth-connected mice.
